Get down onto the floor on your hands and knees. Keep your hands directly beneath your shoulders and knees directly below your hips.
Drop your head down and pull your stomach in, arching your back and tightening your buttocks. Then, slowly point your chin up, relaxing your abs and back. Repeat 10 times.

Lay on your back with your feet flat on the floor and your knees up. Cross your arms over your chest, tuck your chin, tighten our abs
and pull yourself just halfway up. You don’t need to raise your entire back off the floor. Just raise your head, neck and upper back area. Repeat 40 times.

Use this exercise to stretch (not pop) your neck. Lower your head straightforward until you feel a stretch in the muscles in the back of your neck. Then, slowly move your chin to the sky to feel the front neck muscles. Then, turn to the right and left until you feel the sides of your neck muscles. Finally, tilt your head to the right and left. Repeat 8 times throughout the day, especially if you are sitting at a computer or find yourself looking down at your phone for long periods of time.
